Partnering with Bay Area Environmental Organizations

One of the goals of BAY NATURE is to provide a public outlet for Bay Area environmental organizations, and we welcome opportunities to partner with you. There are many ways this can happen:

• Ear to the Ground includes nature and conservation-related news shorts about people, issues and organizations. Fax relevant information to BAY NATURE at (510) 528-8117 or email to dan@baynature.com.
• The BAY NATURE online calendar lists some of the region's nature-related events, such as walks, lectures and exhibits. Send information to baynature@baynature.com.
• We welcome collaboration with interested groups to produce special supplements that can be inserted into an issue of the magazine and overprinted for separate distribution. We also hope that some of you will want to work with us to help get BAY NATURE into the hands of people who are likely to support it. We are very open to exploring different ways of doing this, including:

• Allowing your organization to offer BAY NATURE as a member benefit, or a special benefit for those who give beyond your basic contribution level.
• Offering BAY NATURE as a special benefit to be sent out to your volunteers, Board Members, or some other worthy group.
• Making other kinds of trades (mailing lists, ads, etc.) that could be mutually beneficial.
• Offering a wholesale discount if your organization has a venue for sales.
• Providing sample copies for limited free distribution.
